Hi, thank you for the opportunity to ask this question, we recently became certified by uswcc as an EDWOSB and are looking to do work through a company as a sub and they are requiring a DBE firm, after trying to become 8a certified in 2008, getting the EDWOSB certification seemed like the way to go, only to find that the DBE Disadvantaged Business enterprise program is different and has it's own application. Is there a streamline application that can or is used? We have already uploaded many of the same documents in the repository and to obtain the EDWOSB certification. We were denied 8a in 2008 as we could not prove social disadvantage, we have and qualify as economically disadvantaged. It all is very time consuming and would like any assistance that you can provide? Or anyone that you can refer us to. Thank you in advance.
