FL - Funds Available to Companies for World Class Training

As the new Florida budget year begins, Florida MEP announces that our local non-profit still has funds available to manufacturers from the current budget, which companies can utilize for services such as a Lean Diagnostic Assessment, ISO Gap Analysis, Lean Workshop, Value Stream Mapping or Kaizen Event. There is no cost to companies for delivery of these services.

Florida MEP's state funds must be used immediately, which means that Florida MEP must have a signed agreement by Friday, June 27, 2014 and the services must be completed by Sept. 1, 2014. Any funds not utilized will be returned to the state.

Lean Assessment

MLO Assessment and Mentoring

ISO or AS Gap Analysis

ISO or AS Audit

ISO Mentoring (for those companies that only need 5 days to complete ISO)

ITAR Assessment

Lean Workshop Simulation (Clock, Airplane or Lego)

Value Stream Mapping (two-day or three-day)

Kaizen

Team Building & Problem Solving

Yellow Belt

White Belt

Government Contracting
