Yvonne has 30+ year’s industry experience in enterprise resource planning, instructional design, training & facilitation, marketing, advertising, information technology, global infrastructure, telecom regulatory policy and operations systems, support, alternative fuels, banking, finance, and medical systems. Yvonne consults in enterprise resource planning and designs instructional training programs for emerging technologies, change initiatives and infrastructure revitalization by promoting a clear understanding of technology products and effective change implementation. Yvonne is a Panel Speaker and Subject Matter Expert on global infrastructure integration. She studied journalism, advertising, and public relations at Columbia College, Chicago, IL; recently certified in Biotechnology/ Bio-manufacturing at Laney College,Oakland, CA and is continuing her education through MIT.
